1

We Review Your Application

Every application is read by a real person — not an automated filter. We look at your province, your practice type, and your availability.

2

We Reach Out Within 2 Business Days

If your application looks like a good fit, we'll email you to schedule your 20-minute discovery call.

3

Your Discovery Call

We walk you through the opportunity in your specific city — current booking volume, available spots, and what the first few months typically look like. No commitment required.

4

Onboarding (If It's a Good Fit)

If both sides want to proceed, we'll move straight into onboarding — typically under a week before your first appointment.

Tell Us About Your Practice.

We'll review it personally and be in touch within two business days.

No commitment. We respond within two business days.

A Few Things Lawyers Ask Before Applying.

Is this exclusive?

No — we don't offer exclusivity. We do limit the number of lawyers per city to maintain booking quality and ensure everyone in the network gets meaningful volume.

Am I committing to anything by applying?

Not at all. The application starts a conversation. Nothing is agreed until you decide to move forward after your discovery call.

What if spots are full in my city?

We'll add you to our waitlist and contact you when capacity opens. Cities grow as volume grows.

Do I need to specialize in estate law?

No. WME's system handles document preparation before the client arrives. You need to be a competent licensed professional who can review documents, answer questions, make adjustments, and notarize. We train you on the WME process and templates during onboarding.

Can notaries participate?

Yes, in provinces where notaries are licensed to prepare and execute estate documents. Eligibility is confirmed during the application process based on your province and credentials.
