Client acquisition & booking system

The platform that lets clients find WME, learn about the service, book an appointment, and pay — all without involving you.

Document preparation

The system that converts a client’s questionnaire into a complete set of four estate documents, ready for your review before the appointment.

Payment processing

Collecting payment from clients, calculating your 75% share, and transferring it to you on schedule. You never touch payment logistics.

Annual update reminders

WME contacts every past client annually. When they rebook, it flows back to you. This is passive repeat income — fully automated.

Platform support & training

Onboarding, ongoing access to our team, document review support, and platform updates. We’re an active partner, not just a software vendor.
