Pricing Questions

No Fine Print.

Yes. The $395 individual and $495 couple rates apply regardless of the complexity of your estate. The only exception is if a formal trust is required — your lawyer will advise you if that applies.

Because complexity doesn’t change our price. We use pre-built, province-specific templates and a structured appointment process. Our lawyers spend their time with clients, not drafting from scratch.

Payment is collected at the end of the appointment, after your documents are signed and complete.

Yes. Revisions are included at no additional cost. If your life changes — marriage, divorce, new children — contact us and we’ll arrange an updated appointment.

It depends on your city. Most appointments are in-person with a local lawyer. Remote appointments may be available in select circumstances.

We don’t offer refunds once documents are completed and signed, as the legal work has been performed. If you have concerns, contact us and we’ll work to address them.
